Corteo, the most enchanting Cirque du Soleil arena production has been rescheduled to 14 - 25 July 2021.
This unique production, directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, first premiered in Montreal under the Big Top in April 2005. Since then and including its transformation into an arena show in 2018, the show has amazed audiences of over 9 million people, in 20 countries, on 4 continents.
Corteo, which means cortege in Italian, is a joyous procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown. The show brings together the passion of the actor with the grace and power of the acrobat to plunge the audience into a theatrical world of fun, comedy and spontaneity situated in a mysterious space between heaven and earth.
Dear Cirque du Soleil fan,
We would like to thank each and everyone one of you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
As you know, shows around the world have been put on pause in recent days as we all now becoming familiar with concepts like ‘social distancing’, ‘self-isolation’ and ‘flattening the curve’ – all part of our collective efforts to slow and limit the spread of COVID-19. Because of the impact of this new reality, we have had to reschedule the Corteo performances in Dublin to the 14th to the 25th of July, 2021.
Take care and stay safe. We will get through this together.
From all of us at Cirque du Soleil
